Construction Manager 

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budget. Monitor progress against the plan and adjust as necessary.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and services required for the construction project. Manage and maintain inventory control of construction materials and equipment.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including the client, design team, contractors, and internal team members. Keep all parties informed of project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
  • Ensure that the project meets all quality standards, including design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is usually required. 
  • With 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field is required.

Job Skills:

  • With technical skills in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software.
  • Proficient in using other office productivity software like Microsoft Office or similar.
  • With strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Know to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and work collaboratively with different stakeholders to achieve project goals. 
  • Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex construction plans and documents.
