- Develop and implement plans for equipment design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Ensure that equipment meets the company’s and industry standards for safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Conduct performance tests and inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support to project teams on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Train and supervise employees on the proper use and care of equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in equipment design and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required for this position.
- Previous experience in equipment design, development, and maintenance in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices is essential.
