Project Controller

  • Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
  • Analyze project data to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Monitor project progress and track project costs against budget.
  • Prepare project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and risk reports.
  • Provide project management support to project teams, including resource planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project management procedures and processes.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the project team in the resolution of any project-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to project team members in the use of Primavera P6 software.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project control or project management in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools.
  • Experience using Primavera P6 software to manage and track project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to project management in construction.
