Project Manager 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software like Microsoft Office or similar.

Preferable Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Professional certification in project management
  • Experience in managing medium or large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Experience with sustainable construction practices.
  • Strong network and relationships within the construction industry.

Job Descriptions:

  • Developing and executing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Managing change orders, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure project budget adherence.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Communicating project progress to stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Overseeing construction work to meet required standards and specifications.
  • Performing regular inspections and tests to identify and address quality issues.
