Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of spare parts, circulating materials, and tools inventory.

- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all distributed items.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to optimize procurement processes.
- Monitor vendor performance and take necessary actions to address any issues or non-compliance.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or construction project coordination is desirable.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, spare parts, and materials is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with construction equipment, spare parts, and tools.
- Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and costs.
